Former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh on Thursday said there was no dearth of capable faces in the BJP for the Chief Minister's post in the 2023 Assembly elections.
“There are so many capable faces in the BJP and he too is a small face among them,” he told the media here.
He was commenting on a statement of BJP Chhattisgarh in-charge D. Purandeswari that the 2023 polls would be fought on the development plank and no one will be projected as Chief Minister.
“The BJP has always fought elections on development issues and this time too it will not be an exception," Singh said.
The BJP will unitedly fight the polls to form a government again, he added.
