A 50-year-old man was robbed of Rs 1.05 lakh cash at Barkhedi Dev road by car borne miscreants in the evening on Tuesday ; Nazeerabad police have started investigation.
Police said that the victim Parmananad Meena was robbed by two youths in the age group of 25-30 years who were car and escaped with cash he was carrying. The victim was moving on his motorbike and was trapped by the miscreants at 11 mile trisection Barkhedi Dev road.
The miscreants committed crime within a very short period of time and before she could understand and raise alter the miscreants escaped the house.
The miscreants escaped with cash and total loss in the robbery is around Rs 1.05 lakh.The victim works as farmer at Shamshabad and was on his way after collecting money by in a deal of selling land. The incident took place at around 6 pm.
The police have registered a case under section 392 of the IPC and have started further investigation. Police said that the CCTV footage of the cameras installed in the nearby areas would be searched.The circumstantial evidence suggest that the victim was followed and targeted at deserted place and escaped with the cash carried by the victim. In the car two miscreants were their who committed the robbery.
