Central Bank of India betters net banking, starts missed call for loans facility

The Central Bank of India is trying to take the digital platform to all the customers. Net banking facility has been further improved by the bank so that customers can easily avail banking facility from home through better net banking said Executive Director of Central Bank of India Rajiv Puri arrived in Bhopal during his two days visit.

He was addressing a Town Hall meeting organized for the staff members of Bhopal city at the Central Bank of India Officers Training Center, Bhopal.

In the meeting, he informed all the staff members about the schemes being run by the bank. The business related discussions from the bank's staff members as well as suggestions so that the customer service could be further improved.

Business review meeting of 11 regional offices under Bhopal zone was held and discussed in detail about the business of the bank.

Bank has introduced missed call facility for loans and deposits. If a person wants to take a loan from the bank, then the customer will have to make a missed call on 9223901111 and for deposit information on 9223502222. On receipt of the missed call, the bank representative will contact the person to provide complete details along with loan and deposit related information.

A UPI based e-Rupee prepaid vouchers launched by the Government of India are also being issued by the bank. Keeping in view the festivals, the Bank has launched the Retail Festive Bonanza in which no processing fee is being levied on retail loans till December 31, 2021.
