On the sixth day of the special Covid-19 protocols’ enforcement drive, police spotted 9,790 violators of mask usage and social distancing rules and collected a fine of Rs 29,71,950 during last 24 hours across the State.
Cumulatively in six days, action has been taken against 66,046 violators of Covid protocols in the State and penal fines amounting to Rs 1,88,45,150 have been collected.Police have urged the citizens to follow Covid-19 rules and reiterated that enforcement measures would be further intensified in coming days.
