In order to reduce the increasing impact of corona infection, the state government has also imposed restrictions on certain activities by extending Health Health Week up to 06:00 hrs on May 27, 2021. 

In the light of the said order, Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Singh has ordered to monitor the movement of persons from border areas of other states in the district and for compliance of prescribed SOP guidelines and the directive for making check posts in Bermasia has been issued today on 14 May 2021.

He directed the District Nazrat Deputy Collector Vivek Kumar Suman that by constructing check posts and barricading at all the above mentioned places, necessary facilities like electricity, ensuring proper arrangement of table chairs for the seating of officials, personnel etc. will be ensured.

Besides, the District Transport Officer-cum-Nodal Officer will ensure that all necessary works related to the said check post are carried out under his supervision.

Deputation of 24x7 supervisors personnel in the check post will ensure compliance of the said order in letter and spirit. Singh directed the Block Development Officers Chas and Chandankiyari that by constructing check posts at the places to be constructed under their jurisdiction, they will ensure compliance of the said order in letter and spirit, by deputation of 24x7 supervisors, personnel in the said check post.Besides, the Sub-Divisional Officer Chas Shashiprakash Singh has been directed to supervise the said check post from his level as well.

The DC has also asked SP, Chandan Kumar Jha to implement the instructions of the State Government, that all the above check posts will ensure adequate deputation of 24x7 police force for maintenance and monitoring of law and order.  

At the same time, all the concerned officials were instructed to ensure all the preparations for the above mentioned work related to the check post by the evening of 15.05.2021 and directed to conduct the check post on 16 May 2021 from 6:00 am.
