Former Union Minister and hotelier Dilip Ray has tested positive for Covid-19 and is currently under home isolation. He took to his social media handle and informed this. He said though people are being vaccinated, not everyone is inoculated. However, herd immunity takes time to build; and, therefore, precaution and safety measures are a must to keep everyone safe.
