District Hospital Bokaro has received national certification in the national level target evaluation to strengthen the Labour Room and Maternity OT of the hospitals across the country. NITI Aayog has praised it.
Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Singh congratulated Civil Surgeon Dr. Ashok Kumar Pathak and Deputy Superintendent of Sadar Hospital, Dr. Renu Bharti for this achievement. He said this assessment had been done at two levels, first on the state level and the next on the national level by MOHFW and NHSRC teams.
“For the year 2020-21, two health institutions of the state have received National Target Certification – District Hospital (DH) Bokaro and District Hospital Khunti,” informed an official.
Expressing happiness, Civil Surgeon Dr. Ashok Kumar Pathak said, it’s the result of efficient leadership of our Deputy Commissioner and the senior officials' guidance, including the entire team of the health department.
