Gold and silver jewellery worth Rs 2 lakh were burgled from Comfort Classified Govind Garden under Aishbagh police station area on Monday; victim lodged complaint on Tuesday.Police said that the victim Reema Duggal had gone to meet her relatives and when she returned valuables were found burgled.A complaint was lodged by the victim with the Aishbagh police and in her complaint, she stated that she had gone to meet in-laws and later when they returned two windows were used to  enter and almirah carrying valuables were found broken. After checking, victim found that the total loss in the burglary was around Rs 2 lakh.

Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under sections 457 and 380 of the IPC and have started further investigation.Meanwhile, miscreants escaped with valuables worth Rs 50000 on Monday from Badar Towers under Talaiya police station area.

Police said that the victim Azhar Mohammad had gone for some work and when he returned, he found the valuables burgled.A complaint was lodged by the victim with the Talaiya police and in his complaint, he stated that he had gone for some work where he received information that his house was targeted and valuables were burgled.After they received the information, he returned house and found that the door was open and when entered the house jewelry, clothes and goods were found burgled.The victim has claimed that the total loss in the burglary is around Rs 50000. Based on the complaint police registered a case and started further investigation.
