A health awareness symposium was organised by neurosurgeon Dr Uday Gupta on the occasion of World Health Day here on Wednesday. The theme of the day this year is ‘Building a fairer, healthier world for everyone’.
Speaking on the occasion Philanthropist, Dr S Farooq said that all human beings should take care of others. Neuropsychologist Dr Sona Kaushal Gupta said that Covid -19 pandemic has created fear but we should not get afraid from the disease. She said that everyone should take necessary precaution to combat the disease. Senior Nephrologist, Dr Vikram Singh highlighted the need for providing equal opportunities for all in the healthcare system.
Gastro surgeon, Dr Vipul Kandpal said that the basic needs of every person are the same and one should take care of other persons. Senior Psychiatrist Dr J S Rana said that mental needs need more care in our setup today.
