HP Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur dedicates 46 dev projects to people in Chopal Assembly constituency

Himachal Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on Sunday dedicated 46 developmental projects worth Rs 180 crore to the people of Kupvi in Chopal assembly constituency of Shimla district.

While addressing a public meeting at Kupvi, the Chief Minister also announced opening of SDM office and Degree College at Kupvi besides JE Sections of PWD, Jal Shakti and HPSEB limited at Balghar. He also announced opening of PHC at Kothi Halog, upgradation of PHC Chailla to CHC, upgradation of Veterinary Dispensary Pulbahal to Veterinary Hospital and construction of helipad at Gadala in Chopal.

The Chief Minister said that Rs 180 crore projects dedicated and foundation stone of which was laid by him would transform the life of the people of the area and would add wings to development.

He said that the present State Government is working without any vengeance and vendetta and ensuring equitable development of the State. From day one, the government ensured that no one was victimized politically and the main focus was laid on development of the State, he said.

Thakur accused the previous State Government for dividing the people of the State even on the colour of the caps.

During the last about four years, the State Government has ensured that all the areas of Himachal and every section of the society get benefitted from the policies and programmes, he added.
