Mission Raftar by ECR’s DDU Division

Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Mandal (DDU Division) of East Central Railway in order to provide more speed to goods trains under the Indian Railways’ campaign ‘Mission Raftaar’ on the initiative of  Minister of Railways to increase freight transport by Railways is operating special crack freight trains. Crack trains are those goods trains which are operated seamlessly under continuous monitoring with precise coordination along a predetermined route from the marked origin to the destination thereby increasing their average operating speed and saving time. Notably, on 08.09.2021 by the crew of DDU division from DDU Junction to Dhanbad Division via Garhwa Road to Tori. In the down direction of about 352 km, the movement of goods train TWG 31057 was done in just 07 hours 05 minutes. This crack train covered a distance of about 218 kms from DDU Junction to Garhwa Road under DDU Division in just 3 hours 35 minutes which is a record in DDU Division in terms of time taken by goods trains on this route. Principal Chief Operating Manager of ECR, Salil Kumar Jha and DRM, DDU Division, Rajesh Kumar Pandey expressed happiness for this remarkable work.

Fit India Freedom Run organised by PNB

2-day football match starts at CMPDI

Gondwana Club CMPDI (HQ) organized a two-day football match from September 11 to 12 at the institute’s sports ground. Vinay Dayal, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, CMPDI and Director (Technical) of Coal India inaugurated the two day match as the chief guest. On this occasion, Jyoti Dayal, Director (Technical/CRD/ES) of CMPDI, SK Gomasta, Sangeeta Rana were present. In the first league match of this tournament, today there was a match between 8PM and Black Hawk. Neither team could score a goal and both the teams were tied. In the second league match, there was a match between Bajrangi vs Mining United. Bajrangi’s team defeated Mining United 3-1. Mining United faced Black Hawk in the third league match. Both the teams were tied with one goal each. In the fourth league match, Bajrangi team competed at 8PM. 8PM defeated Bajrangi 1-0.

15 cybercriminals held in Deoghar

Fifteen cyber criminals were arrested from different police station areas including Madhupur, Devipur in Deoghar district of Jharkhand on Saturday. The police have seized 28 mobiles, 42 SIM cards, one passbook from them, said Mangal Singh Jamuda, headquarters DySP.  Police said that the arrested cyber criminals used to cheat bank customers of lakhs of rupees by becoming bank officers and bank customer care, confirmed by DySP Mangal Singh Jamuda and Deoghar Cyber DySP Sumit Prasad (Headquarters),
