Naval Tata Hockey Academy Jamshedpur, Namdhari XI, Cheema Hockey Academy, Vaidipatti Raja Hockey Academy and Mata Sahib Kaur Hockey Academy Ludhiana won their respective matches on the third day of the first Sub Junior Boys Academy National Hockey Championship-2021 being played in Bhopal.
The championship is being organized under the joint aegis of Hockey India and Sports and Youth Welfare Department at Sai Center Village Gora.
On the third day of the championship, the first match was played between Berar Hockey Academy, Amravati and Naval Tata Hockey Academy, Jamshedpur. Naval Tata Hockey Academy defeated Berar Hockey Academy 23-0 in one sided.
Naval Tata Hockey Academy star player Jolene Topno scored 5 goals including a hat-trick in the match. At the same time, Shivam Singh also scored 5 goals. Captain Roshan Ekka, Tushar Parmar and Ujjwal Pal contributed 3 goals each. Rohit Pradhan scored a goal.
The second match of the day was played between Bhai Bhelo Hockey Academy Bhagta and Namdhari XI. Namdhari XI defeated Bhai Bhelo Hockey Academy 15-1. .
The third match of the day was played between Cheema Hockey Academy and Mumbai Schools Sports Association. Cheema Hockey Academy beat Mumbai Schools Sports Association 11-1.
