As per the Government direction, Kandhamal Collector-in-Charge Biswaranjan Nayak on Monday called a review meeting for enforcement of Covid-19 guidelines amid the scare of possible return of the virus. While with the fall in infection cases, the people have become casual in the use of mask and maintenance of physical distancing, now the administration will be geared up to ensure the Covid safety norms are maintained by everybody.
The police will carry out checks in various places of the district and fines will be imposed on the violators, it was decided.
