Crime branch Bhopal booked a machine manufacturer for duping to the tune of Rs 61 lakh; victim was cheated on the pretext of providing poly bag making machine for his business.
The victim Manish Dwivedi lodged against M Krishnan who collected money from the victim for providing poly bag machine and was never provided with the machine.
The victim had availed a loan from Bank of Maharashtra of Rs 2 crore for procuring the machine from the accused and providing more than money asked by the accused as advance but was not provided with the machine.
A complaint was lodged with the crime branch by the victim stating that in the month of November last year he contacted M Krishnan who manufactures machine used for making poly bags and Manish required a machine for expanding business and machine was worth Rs 2 crore. After the deal was struck advance payment of Rs 61 lakh was made by the victim to the accused.
