Maurya assures help to divyang widow

Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya assured all possible help, including treatment, to a physically challenged widow on Friday.

Renu Devi of Sonia hamlet of Hazipur Khera of Agra lost her husband, Mukesh Singh, and came with her minor son to Lucknow to meet Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya at his residence and seek financial help and get relief for her treatment, on Friday.

As Maurya left his home for Ayodhya, he noticed the woman waiting in a wheelchair. An emotional Maurya stopped and went to enquire about the reason from the physically challenged woman and when she narrated her travails, Maurya assured her of all financial help besides meeting the expenses of her medical treatment.
