Minister of Skill Development and Technical Education Premananda Nayak inaugurated Herd of Horses Sculptures at Grass Art Park located in premises of the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) here on Saturday. Local MLA Bikram Kumar Panda was guest of honour at the inaugural event. Minister Nayak and MLA Panda hailed the efforts of the students and faculty members of this premier institute for their innovative skills and insatiable desire to develop something new. Among others, Principal of institute Dr Rajat Kumar Panigrahi was present. He showed the Minister the various innovative products of students and different sculptures in and around park.
