An online Yoga camp inaugurated on the topic "Health Management in Corona period" Bhopal.
The online yoga camp on the topic "Health Management in the Corona period" was launched today from Friday by the Department of Yoga and Human Consciousness under the chairmanship and guidance of Honorable Vice Chancellor of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi University (Bhopal), Prof. Ramdev Bhardwaj.
Yoga began with prayer, pranayama technique, meditative breathing, asanas beneficial for the respiratory system was practiced. On the first day, 24 candidates joined and got the benefit of yoga practice. This yoga camp is being conducted free of cost by the university with a view to providing health benefits to the general public during the Corona period till May 13.
University Registrar Yashwant Singh Patel called for technical assistance to make this yoga camp a success. The purpose of this camp is to get the physical and mental health benefits of people in this difficult time through yoga.
