Nazeerabad police have revealed fake robbery of Rs 1.05 lakh fabricated by farmer who wanted to evade from money lenders; the money was recovered from farmer's house.
The police managed to revealed the fake regarding robbery as the statements were not consistence and circumstances were not according to the description provided by the farmer.
The accused Parmanand Meena along with his son Rambabu lodged complaint regarding robbery of Rs 1.05 near 11 mile jod Barkhedi Dev road. The two were robbed of Rs 1.05 lakh cash by car borne miscreants in the evening on Tuesday.
Police said that the victim Parmananad Meena and his son were robbed by two youths in the age group of 25-30 years who were car and escaped with cash he was carrying.
The victim claimed that he sold land worth Rs 1.25 lakh and returned borrowed money of Rs 20000 to Bhagwan Singh and while carrying Rs 1.05 lakh robbed by two accused who claimed that he had provided less money instead of Rs 20000 and while started to count they escaped with the cash.
Police grew suspicious as the road remains busy and victim lodged complaint after 12 hour of the incident.
In the interrogation of both, there was a contradiction in relation to the incident described by them and it was found that complainant and his son made a false report of robbery. The money was kept as the house of victim.
The complainant Parmanand deals in the work of welding and had borrowed Rs 2.5 lakh money for the construction of a new house and the installment money of the tractor and to avoid paying creditors he fabricated robbery with his son.
