Delhi Women and Child Development Minister Rajendra Pal inspected various children’s homes in the Nirmal Chhaya campus on Gautam Jail Road
Gautam is constantly visiting all of the children’s homes, senior citizen homes and other institutions during the lockdown to take stock of the facilities being provided at these places.
The Minister conducted a surprise inspection at the Nirmal Chhaya campus where he took stock of all the facilities of various children’s homes in the campus. The various Children Homes at the Nirmal Chhaya campus located in West Delhi district have a total capacity of 290 but currently there are around 90 girls living here. In this complex, world- class facilities are being provided to the girls to every age group.
“I am very happy to know that girls are not only given accommodation here but the staff here is also focussed on the all round development of the children. They are also given special training for employment in the future,” he said.
These girls are getting proper care and the day is not far when they will excel in life and become the pride of our country,” he said.
