Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Thursday said that the schemes implemented by the State Government are being followed by the Central Government along with various other States.
The Chief Minister, while addressing as the chief guest on the occasion of 'Sanskritik Sandhya' organised on Haryana State Day at 40th India International Trade Fair organized at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi, said that Haryana is the first state in the country to implement a programme like 'Parivar Pehchan Patra' ensuring the upliftment of poor families in the state.
He said that under the 'Mukhyamantri Parivar Antyodaya Utthan' scheme, a programme for the upliftment and welfare has been started. A target has been set to run an employment programme to increase the income of one lakh families of the state, having an income of less than Rs one lakh to Rs 2 lakh, he said.
Khattar also said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself has also praised the Haryana Government's Lal Dora Mukt Yojana for registration of properties and preparation of revenue records within Lal Dora. In this direction, the 'SVAMITVA Yojana' was implemented by the Centre, he said.
He further said that the online transfer policy of the Haryana Government is exemplary for other states also. 83,000 teachers of the Education Department have been getting benefits from the online transfer policy and 93 per cent of the teachers have shown satisfaction.
The selection process of government services has been completed with transparency based on merit. Exemplary work has been done to fix the educational qualification of the representatives of Panchayati Raj Institutions, he added.
The Chief Minister visited the Haryana Pavilion at the 40th India International Trade Fair. The artists presented splendid Haryanvi cultural performances in the 'Sanskritik Sandhya' organized on Haryana State Day.
Notably, 'Haryana Pavilion' remained the centre of attraction for the visitors. Haryana is actively participating as in previous years with the theme 'Atmanirbhar Bharat-Atmanirbhar Haryana'. The messages of the Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatraya and Chief Minister at the Haryana Pavilion are indicative of the vision of the State Government. The state has been showcased as a hub of sports. Details of prize money and other facilities given to the winning players of Olympics and Paralympics have also been showcased at the Pavilion.
