The Chhattisgarh Pradesh Rifle Association will hold the 19th state level shooting championship from February 27 at Mana Camp on the outskirts of Raipur, it was announced on Monday.
Association General Secretary Rakesh Gupta told reporters that various competitions in 10 meters, 25 meters and 50 meters with 22 bore rifle, air rifle and air pistol will be organized.
Shooters who score as per the criteria of the National Rifle Association of India will be selected for the East Zone Shooting Championship of March 11-14 in West Bengal, Gupta said.
And shooters who will qualify in the East Zone championship will be selected for the national championship to be held in April, he said.
