Electropreneur Park, Bhubaneswar and Bhubaneswar Smart City Ltd. (BSCL) have organised a Pan India idea hackathon for Smart City Solutions namely Smart City Challenge and Outcome for Urban Tansormation (SCOUT 2021).
The contest has cash prize up to rs 3 lakh, 2 lakhs and 1 lakh for the winner, 1st runner up and 2nd runners-up respectively. Besides there are individual cash prize of Rs 50,000 each to six best PoCs against each problem statement.
The objective of the challenge is to invitee solutions from innovators, entrepreneurs, startups, enthusiasts, students, research communities to come up with alternative ways of fulfilling the specific needs and products or service in making the city life better and bringing transformation through disruptive technologies.
The SCOUT 2021 was launched STPI Director General Omkar Rai, Director General, BSCL CEO Prem Chandra Chaudhury STPI, IT Secretary Manoj Mishra and other senior officials.
