State students shine in JEE Main 2021

Proving their mettle once again students from various schools across Jharkhand excelled in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2021, the results of which were declared by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on Wednesday evening. DPS, Ranchi student Rahul Kumar became the State topper with NTA score 99.9924994, according to reports. Rahul had scored 99.936462 percentile in JEE MAIN (FEBRUARY) 2021 and was the second city topper.

Over 75 students of DPS Ranchi have qualified in the JEE Mains examination. Out of these 13 students received 99 percentile and above, 20 students received 98 percentile and above and over 40 students received 95 percentile in the examination. According to DPS, Ranchi, Rahul Kumar with NTA Score- 99.9364 became the second city topper this year, while Dayal Kumar with NTA Score – 99.9909 and Akshat Kumar with NTA Score 99.949 of DPS Ranchi were the state topper and the second state topper respectively in the JEE-MAIN 2020.

Sarla Birla Public School, Ranchi students also performed well in JEE Mains March 2021.  As per the information received up till now, Rohan and Siddhant Kumar Jha of our school added to the school’s glory by securing 99.8961289 and 97.2850557 percentile respectively. They were followed by Aditya Ranjan with 97.2243936 percentile, Shreyansh Dubey with 97.0900993 percentile, Aditya Keshri with 96.8935054 percentile, Shreya Gupta with 96.7618884 percentile, Ritesh Mehta with 92.7720726 percentile and Ankit Raj with 91.9091834 percentile.

Students of leading engineering and medical coaching institute, Narayana IIT / NEET Academy Sakchi, have registered a stellar performance in JEE (Main) -March 2021. Shyam Bhushan, director, Narayana Jamshedpur Center, said that the JEE (Main) -March 2021 result, saw 74 students from Narayana Jamshedpur Center, scoring more than 90 percentile, as well as 154 students have scroed 80 percentile.

From Bokaro, Varun Tandon of DPS Bokaro topped the school with 99.79 percentile in JEE Main while over 50 students secured more than 90 percentile in the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main 2021 for March Session.

Though unofficially there are several others who have bagged more than 90 percentile Principal, DPS Bokaro, A. S. Gangwar said that the results are satisfactory, but we do hope for better results in the upcoming exams. He extended his best wishes to the students for the forthcoming exams.

 Joint Entrance Examination –Main is conducted for admission to engineering colleges across the country. NTA had conducted the JEE Main 2021(March)  amid the coronavirus pandemic. Students who have cleared the JEE Mains will now be eligible to appear for the JEE- Advanced exam which is a one- stop exam for admission to the premier Indian Institutes of Technology.
