Training to be provided to rural youth under Green India Mission

Through the Green India Mission by the Forest Department, training will be provided to rural youth for skill up-gradation and employment opportunities will be made available to them. It has been decided to organize 14 such training workshops in the state. About 500 rural youths will be imparted training in various fields.

It is noteworthy that to celebrate 75 years of India's independence at the national level, the 'Amrit Mahotsav of Independence' has started on March 12.

In this episode, the forest department selected under the Green India Mission by the Forest Department will help the rural youth Training workshops are being organised.

The first training under the Green India Mission Scheme has been started at Forest Village Bhatna of Hoshangabad Forest Division.

In this one and a half month training, young men and women belonging to 35 tribes of village

Ranjhi, Bhatna and Lalpani are being trained as assistants, helpers, electricians and motor bindings. Similarly, the second phase of forest division has started in Khamapur Ranje-Chicholi village of West Betul on April 3.

In the two-month training, 30 young men and women of the tribe are being trained in the mode of data entry operator and computer operator.
