The secretary of the organisation, Advocate Sonal Nayak, informed that the objective will be to do Yoga on the Youth Social and Public Welfare Committee Facebook page, in which you will be taught easy yoga lessons. Sonal Nayak said that in the Yoga class organized under the aegis of the organisation, you can take advantage of Facebook Live with your family and friends and also ask questions to Yoga teacher Srishti Pandole, which is perfection free.

The participants will perform different asaanas like anulom, vilom, Kapalbhati, Sheetali and Bhramari Pranayam. They were told about the advantages of these asaanas of yoga.
