Under the online Horizon series, the programme ‘Sur Pravah: Violin Recital’ was organized under the Kala Vishwa - special campaign. In which non empaneled artist from Indore - Pt. Kamal Kamle gave his online presentation of violin playing at ICCR, Bhopal.
Artist Pt. Kamal Kamle has been attached to the sweet cultural tradition of the country since childhood. Pt. Kamle was born in a musical family of Indore. Elementary education by his father. Received proper training from Chhotelal Kamle and from Jagdish Prasad Vaidhi, a disciple of legend binkar Ustad Babu Khan Saheb.
In recognition of his artistic talent, Kamle received a national scholarship and Surmani degree, and in the year 1981, the President-Gold medal, which he earned by getting the first prize in violin playing under All India Music Competition of All India Radio. Kamle has been awarded "A" grade in violin playing from All India Radio. The artist garnered the appreciation of the audience by presenting his violin playing abroad as well. To touch the highest peak of music, the dedication, hard work and vocal practice continues very much. Lakar has given more than 50 presentations at provincial, divisional and district level from government / non-government national forums.
He performed Raag Miyan Malhar, Bada Khyal, Ektal, Middle Laya Ada Chautal, Raga Megh, Madhyalaya Teentaal, Thumri, Barsan Lagi Sawan Bundiya. In today's online presentation program, Pt. Kamal Kamle was the lead artist, Rahul Bene accompanied him on Tabla and Sandhya Dave gave accompaniment on Tanpura.
