Officers and staff members of West Central Railway observed International Yoga Day 2021 at Rail Saurav Club and Railway Stadium and at 103 stations of WCR yoga was practiced.International Yoga virtual quiz competition was organized on the occasion of International Yoga Day Virtual Quiz Competition organized.

Under guidance of Yogacharya Kumari Neetu, 20 officers performed yoga at 7 am in Rail Sourav Officers Club and 30 railway officers and employees performed yoga under guidance at Yogacharya Jairam at Railway Stadium. Apart from this, more than 20 railway personnel and railway family members have also been sent through virtual medium.

The virtual non-physical event on the occasion of International Yoga Day 2021 by West Central Railway Headquarters was organised by staying at home and was joined by maximum numbers and joining this yoga practice program made it successful.

The importance of yoga was also highlighted by the yoga instructors under the Common Yoga Protocol in the camp and various types of pranayama useful for yoga health were done and stress management and blood.

On the International Day of Yoga e-Booklet under Common Yoga Protocol  was also released by General Manager.Various programs were also organized for the promotion of Yoga on all the three divisions of West Central Railway.

Yoga was also done at 103 stations of the division. Virtual and physical yoga were practiced in Bhopal division. Yoga practice at 90 stations of the division and along with this, 76 passengers also join on International Day at Bhopal station and made aware and inspired by giving message for Yoga.
