With cold gripping tourist town Nainital from past few days, the number of tourists has started declining on weekdays. The tourists can be seen on weekends enjoying lake city but there is a considerable decline in footfall now. In recent days, layers of frost can be observed following clouds covering mountains in evenings which have also caused a dip in temperature. Many tourists arriving in city can be seen shopping for warm clothes to keep themselves warm and toasty in chilling weather.
