Various workshops were recently conducted for the students of Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Bhopal. The workshop was specially designed for the final year Master of Science students as well as for research students seeking for Ph.D. Programme in India & abroad. The objective for the workshop is refreshing these students after Pandemic as well inspire them for bright careers.
The various learning provided them includes, SWOT Analysis, Psychological testing, Personality Development, communication & Presentation Skills as well as preparing SOP’s for research programmes. More than 100 students and faculty members attended the workshops. The workshop developed confidence among students for rewarding careers as well as preparation for a competitive world. The workshop was conducted by eminent experts from CRISP.
The resource person addressed the students on different aspects of communication and gave them various exercises to assess their communication skills and then told them how they could overcome their weaknesses. Stressed on the role of communication skills in the development of their personality and told them that good communication skills would help them in their profession.
