The Yogada Satsang Ashram will organize a two-day Sadhana Sangam on Saturday for truth-seekers.
The programme will be organised online under the leadership of Yogada ascetics. This spiritual organization founded by Paramahamsa Yogananda has been organizing yoga, meditation, prayer and others online for some time.
The ashram informed that Sadhana Sangam is being organized for the convenience of spiritual practitioners and spiritual progress. Thousands of seekers from India and abroad will participate in the programme. In view of the world going through an epidemic, the closure of the Yogada Satsang Ashram and Meditation Center is being used in a very safe way for online yoga, meditation and prayer, in which lakhs of devotees are participating which will provide the benefit of collective attention. Paramahansa Yogananda had said that by meditating together by the rule of exchange of the invisible magnetic pulsing of the group, each seeker supports his goal of self-realization.
According to the schedule set by the ashram, strength-communication exercises and long meditation sessions will be held in English and Hindi at six in the morning of Saturday. The Hans-Siddhi method will be reviewed in Hindi at 11 am. There will be Shakti-sanchar exercises and meditation sessions in English and Hindi at five in the evening. There will be a motivational lecture in Hindi at eight o'clock at night. There will be a power-communication exercise like the first day at six in the morning of Sunday and a long meditation session in English and Hindi. Om method of Hindi at 11 o'clock will be reviewed. At two and a half there will be a review session of Shakti-Sanchar Exercise in Hindi, while Shakti-Sanchar Exercise, Meditation and Concluding Satsang will be held in Hindi at five in the evening.
