A USA citizen faced with a very difficult unforeseen situation came seeking guidance. “I keep coming to Delhi quite often on official business, as our organisation has a branch here in Gurgaon. This time when I landed up here on August 8, I was informed that there was a lookout notice against me. I was taken for questioning by the concerned officials. There I was informed that my father and other two brothers, had swindled the business loan granted by a Bank, and ran away from the country warranting a criminal case. Since I was also a signatory to the documents mortgaging the household property to the Bank, my name also figures in the case. Fact remains that following a family dispute, I had relinquished my share in the said household property through an affidavit as back as 2007. Later, the officials released me, but they refused to withdraw the lookout notice till the case gets settled. Consequently, I am stuck up here for more than two months now. The district court refused to grant any relief. I have now filed an appeal in the High Court which is due for hearing on October 6. Can I expect any relief from the High Court? What is wrong with my Karma that I have to suffer for no fault of mine?” he shared.

Nothing is expected to happen on the 6th as Mercury, the planet identified with communication is retrograde. Your mistake is that despite relinquishing your right in the household property , you signed the document under emotional pressure. There is no scope for imprisonment, as 12th sub-lord Mars has no linkage with the 8th house identified with serious difficulties. Favourable court verdict is expected when either 6th house (identified with success over adversaries) or the 11th house (fulfilment of desires) are signified in the dasha sequence operating. Being back home and reunion wife is promised when 2nd, 4th, 7th and 11th houses are simultaneously signified. Incidentally, Jupiter, the lord of 2nd and 4th houses, is tenanted in the 8th house identified with wife’s family. Saturn, the antardasha lord is posited in the nakshatra owned by Venus, the lord of 6th, 7th and 11th cusps, tenanted in the 11th house itself. So, favourable court verdict facilitating being back home and reunion with wife is fully promised. Incidentally Venus pratyantara begins on 5th November. So, it happened. He got a favourable verdict on 29th October. But the court being closed because of ongoing holidays, necessary formalities will be possible only after November 5. No belief driven puja can invade Judge’s mind space to seek favourable result. The result is there to see.
