Masterstroke

We all love to bake cakes and since the on and off lockdown, many of us have even started icing them. But not all get it right the first time. Here are a few tips to remember.

If you want to ice the cake, bake six to seven hours in advance and only then go for icing. This will give a smooth texture.

If you want to bake two cakes; go ahead but don’t bake them together. Avoid mixing the two aromas.

If you are going for fusion cakes, here;s what you need to do. Ensure that the quantity of baking soda is correct and as per recipe; this to avoid extra hardness or softness. Grease the baking tin with butter before you bake. Don’t forget to pre-heat the oven as per instructions given in the recipe. Finally, the most important ingredient: Add a lot of love and emotions.
