Rhoeo plants with its tricolored white, pink and green foliage looks pretty whether you keep it outside or indoors. If you live in an area that gets full sunlight, this plant thrives.
If the soil is sandy or a heavy clay, dig in 3-4 inches of compost and well-decomposed manure to a depth of 8-12 inches. When grown indoors, provide bright filtered light and keep it away from drafts. But a word of caution — all parts of the plant are poisonous — wear gloves while handling the plant.
