Haryana Power Minister Ranjit Singh on Tuesday said that the State Government is providing 24 hours electricity to 5,622 villages of the state along with the cities. There is no shortage of electricity anywhere in the state and proper supply of electricity is being ensured to all the houses, establishments, industries and farms. He said that now the paddy season is going on, in view of this, electricity is being supplied in every village for 8 hours per day. Time bound power connections are being provided to the farmers who had applied for the connection of tube wells, he added.
