The final candidates’ list of Zilla Parishad seats was announced by the State Election Commission on Thursday.
There are as many as 3,407 candidates for 852 ZP seats. Of them, the BJD has put of 851 candidates, the BJP 848, the Congress 836, the BSP 159, the CPI(M) 72, the JMM 47, the CPI 38, the AAP 32 and the AJSU 12. Independents and others number 298 and 214, respectively
