The cabinet minister of Delhi and one of the star campaigners of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Gopal Rai will be on an 18-day visit to Uttarakhand to campaign for assembly elections from Wednesday. The media co in-charge of the party, Uma Sisodia informed on Tuesday that Rai will participate in various door to door campaigns and hold meeting with party workers across the state from January 26 to February 12. She said, “On the first day, the AAP leader will visit Ranipur and will hold multiple meetings. The next day, he will participate in door to door campaign in Jwalapur besides holding meetings with workers. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, he will visit Bhagwanpur, Piran Kaliyar, Haridwar rural and Manglaur to participate in campaigns and meetings.” Sisodia said that the party has prepared the schedule for Rai till January 31 and the details of the schedule for the remaining 12 days will be released soon.
