The Eintkhedi police have rescued a 15-year-old girl from Dhar who was kidnapped on October 18 last year from Eithkhedi area; 22-year-old accused was arrested who sexually assaulted and held victim captive.
The accused, identified as Rahul Malviya (22) was arrested from Dhar where he had kept the victim captive for past three months.
Victim used to remain alone when the accused used to visit house as he used to work as labourer with her parents. The victim was lured by the accused and accompanied her on October 18 last year.
After the girl went missing, the police were informed by the victim’s family.
During investigation police tracked the accused in Dhar and based on the information, the police team rushed to the spot and searched where the accused boy was found with the vicitm.
The accused tried to escape but was nabbed and the girl was rescued.
Meanwhile Bairagarh police have arrested a notorious criminal and recovered a stolen motorcycle worth Rs 65000, accused has been booked over a dozen crimes and is listed goon with Bairagarh police.
Police said that a man near Sadhu Vaswani College is having a stolen motorcycle was detained and when the details of motorcycle bearing registration number MP04JM8776 the nabbed not able to provide.
On checking the vehicle on the VDP portal it was found that the vehicle was stolen from the Piplani. The accused was identified as Bhaiyya alias Javed of Rahul Nagar.
