The Republic Day is festival, which covers the history of patriotism, sacrifice and sacrifice, reminds us of our ancestors who have sacrificed their everything for the freedom of the country said Speaker, Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly, Girish Gautam after hoisting National flag at SAF Ground, Rewa on the occasion of 73rd Republic Day.

Gautam took the salute of the parade on the occasion. After observing the parade, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Gautam shared message of the Chief Minister and extended his hearty greetings and best wishes to the people of the state on Republic Day.

Wishing the citizens a happy and healthy life. He has said that the basic mantra of the state of 21st century is Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas. With this commitment, let us resolve to make the state a self-reliant, prosperous and developed state.

On the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of Republic Day, Principal Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly, Awadhesh Pratap Singh hoisted the flag at a function organized in the Vidhan Sabha premises at 8 am.

On this occasion, a march past was also done by the contingents of the Legislative Assembly Security Force and Special Armed Forces.

After observing the parade, Principal Secretary Singh said in his message that we got this freedom after the sacrifice and struggle of our ancestors, freedom fighters. It is our duty to preserve the ideal values given by our ancestors. Shri Singh said that Republic Day is an occasion when we take a pledge to discharge our duties and obligations towards the nation while expressing our loyalty and faith towards the Indian Constitution.

The officers-staff and media personnel of the Vidhan Sabha were also present on the occasion.
