Business-to-Business marketing, known as B2B marketing, is when a corporation sells directly to other businesses or organizations, as opposed to the end customer in B2C selling.

The intricacy of B2B decision-making entails both cognitive and emotional incentives and open communication. As the B2B audience comprises larger businesses, B2B marketing must target the needs of people who make decisions on behalf of larger companies and focus on building relationships inside those businesses. B2B enterprises can also utilize out-of-home advertising during business hours since that is when and where business decisions are made.

B2C firms target consumers with in-home advertising. A B2C consumer does not need to consult with others before making a purchasing choice, but a B2B customer must talk with others inside the organization, make judgments based on financial data, and apply reason.
