Burglars take away donation box from temple at Bhori Bangla

Miscreants targeted Hanuman temple at Bhori Bangla in the night on Saturday and escaped with donation box carrying lakhs of rupees; Khajuri Sadak police have started search for the accused.

Donation boxes were found dumped near Bhori Bangla which were stolen by breaking locks of Hanuman temple late in the night. After the damaged donation box were found locals informed.

A complaint was lodged with the police by the Sumit Sharma who checked the temple doors in the morning on Sunday and found locks of door were broken and on entering donation box was also found burgled.

In the investigation it was found that the priest closed the doors in the night and when checked in the morning it was found burgled. Police said that habitual offenders of the area would be quizzed to nab the miscreant.

Miscreants dumped donation box by breaking and removing cash which would be around Rs 50000.

Meanwhile Baghsewania police have booked a man for fraudulently selling plots in the name of constructing duplex houses to four persons and duping them to the tune of Rs 85.73 lakh.

Police said that the victims lodged a complaint against Deepak Vishwakarma of Nirupam Shopping Complex at Hoshangabad road. The police have registered a case under section 420 of the IPC and have started further investigation.
