The Chhattisgarh cabinet sub-committee set up to recommend amending the rules of the Chhattisgarh Regularization of Unauthorized Development (Amendment) Act 2022 held a meeting on Wednesday.
Minister of Housing and Environment and Forest and Climate Change Mohammad Akbar chaired the meeting virtually, an official statement said.
Sub-committee members Revenue Minister Jaisingh Agrawal and Urban Administration Minister Dr. Shiv Kumar Dahariya came up with different suggestions.
The meeting discussed the simplification of the process of regularization and speedy disposal of its cases.
