Two days Vendor Development Program-2022, which is being organized at Central Coalfield Limited (CCL) headquarter in the State Capital was inaugurated by  Principal Secretary, Department of Industries, Government of Jharkhand, Vandana Dadel on Monday. The programme has been jointly organized by CCL and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development Office, Jharkhand.  
CMD, CCL, PM Prasad, was the guest of honour on the occasion. Director Technical (Operation), RB Prasad, Director Technical (P&P), B Sairam, Director (Finance), PK Mishra, CVO CCL, SK Sinha along with Joint Director MSME, Indrajit Yadav officers from the MSME department were present on the occasion. A large number of representatives from various MSMEs, representatives from other public sector units like MECON, GAIL and others and a large number of CCL employees also attended the function.
Speaking on the occasion Dadel said that the two-day programme will offer a common platform to the PSUs and MSMEs and strengthen the market linkage. She congratulated CCL management for successfully organizing the program. She further added that the State Government is committed to provide all the facilities to MSMEs.
Addressing the gathering on the occasion CMD, CCL, Prasad stated that MSME play an important role in the inclusive development of the Country. He further added that CCL is following the public procurement policy of the Government and committed to increase the percentage of procurement from the mandatory 25 per cent. He stated that these kinds of programs will be beneficial to all the stakeholders particularly MSMEs and should be organized on regular basis.

DT (P&P), CCL, Sairam delivered the welcome address while Indrajeet Yadav  briefed the gathering about the objectives of the two-day workshop. He also spoke about the public procurement policy.  

HoD (MM), SN Mahto along with his team played an important role in the success of the program. Senior Manager, Rajesh Jaiswal anchored the entire event. Surendra Sharma from MSME department delivered the vote of thanks.
