Delhi on Friday reported 10,756 daily cases of Covid 19 and 38 deaths related to the infection, State Health Bulletin said. While 59,629 tests were conducted, the test positivity rate stood at 18.04 and 17,494 patients also recovered.
Health Minister Satyendar Jain said Covid situation is under control due to stringent measures imposed by the Delhi Government.
Jain said, on Thursday, 12,306 new cases of the corona were reported in Delhi, the positivity rate is 21.48%. Unfortunately, 43 deaths occurred due to Covid over the past few days.” Along with this, he said that the rate of admission in hospitals is low, and has slowed down in Delhi in the last few days. Apart from this, 18,815 people also recovered from the corona. “Despite the arrival of new cases every day for the last few days, the number of patients admitted to the hospital is stable at present. The Delhi government is prepared to bolster health services on all fronts,” he added.
