Customer Outreach Campaign was organized by Bank of India (BoI), Ranchi Zone on Thursday through its 108 branches in which a total of Rs 30 crore loan was disbursed under various bank products such as housing loan, vehicle loan, personal loan, Kisan Credit Card (KCC), Self Help Group, SME and others.
The main event of the Customer Outreach Program was held in the Club Side branch premises under the chairmanship of General Manager, National Banking Group-Jharkhand, Bikram Keshari Mishra.
Mishra said that BoI is providing loans to the people of Jharkhand keeping in mind their needs through Customer Outreach Campaign in the entire state of Jharkhand on regular basis.
Zonal Manager, Ranchi Zone, Sanjay Kumar Khemka, while addressing the customers, said that the bank will organize similar campaigns on regular basis in near future also keeping in view the festivals of Dussehra and Diwali festival. He urged the customers to take advantage of the waiver of interest rate and processing fee being offered by the bank on festive occasions.
Assistant General Manager Himadri Shekhar Das, Sunit Kumar, Manoj Kumar, other bank staff and a large number of customers of Club Side, Ranchi Main, Upper Bazar and Lalpur Branch were present on the occasion. The program was conducted by Manish Narayan, Manager, Club Side.
