Health Dept inks deal with Care India to improve health services

Health Minister Banna Gupta on Wednesday said that the agreement signed between the Health Department and Care India will set an example of a new dimension in the health sector as it will boost health facilities in the State.

 

The Additional Chief Secretary is constantly making efforts for innovation in the health sector. Better efforts have been made by the state to bring down the maternal mortality rate and infant mortality rate. The Health Minister was speaking at the Development Commissioner Auditorium at the Jharkhand Secretariat on Wednesday.

 

On the occasion, an MoU was signed between the Health Department and Care India to work in the health sector for five years. The Health Minister said that in order to prevent women from cervical cancer, after various tests, this test should also be done, so that work can be done under a single system. He said that rural women and girls should also be informed about the benefits of green vegetables, about the minerals and minerals found in them so that work can also be done to prevent anemia and other diseases.

 

The Health Minister said that the CEO of Care India will inform us about the deficiency in health facilities so that it can be improved. He also directed blood arrangement and orthopedic specialists at trauma centers. On the occasion, Additional Chief Secretary Arun Kumar Singh, Campaign Director Bhuvanesh Pratap Singh, Additional Campaign Director Vidyanand Sharma Pankaj, Care India CEO Devarshi Bhattacharya along with officials and employees of Health Department and Care India were present.

 

Additional Chief Secretary Arun Kumar Singh said that the health department is going to start a new tradition, this will help in increasing health facilities. He said that after assessing the shortcomings of the health department, Care India will cooperate in this.

 

Care India CEO Devarshi Bhattacharya said that we are eagerly ready to partner in the healthcare sector. Want to work with the government structure and will remove the shortcomings together.

 

CARE India will work with the aim of addressing the gaps in child health, maternal health, tribal health, improving the status of malnutrition, trauma centers and urban health.
