The Vigilance police have detected assets of Rs 3.53 crore during the house searches of Manoj Kumar Lenka, Assistant Manager (Civil), BCD-II, office of Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO) Bhubaneswar.
The assets included two multi-storied buildings in Bhubaneswar, six plots in prime areas of Bhubaneswar, Puri and Kendrapada, a market complex at Uttara, a flat in an apartment in Puri, a shop at Ravi Talkies Square, bank, postal and insurance deposits worth over Rs.65.76 lakh, gold and silver ornaments over Rs 12.32 lakh, hosehold articles worth Rs 14.60 lakh, one car and three two -wheelers. Further searches are continuing. Unearthing of more assets is likely and overall valuation is likely to increase.
