AUJ set to host three-day Amiphoria 2022

 

Amity University Jharkhand (AUJ) is all set to host its Fourth Annual Youth Cultural Fest ‘Amiphoria 2022’ at its campus in the state capital and Harivansh Tana Bhagat Indoor Stadium, Mega Sports Complex, Khelgaon from 24th June to 26th June 2022. Dr. Shovona Choudhury, Assistant Director cum Amiphoria Convenor of Amity University Jharkhand said, “This year it is special because after a gap of two years due to Covid, we are again having this programme with more than 40 events including sports and cultural. More than 50 institutes from various nooks and corners are participating. Adding to it, we have a musical night and Electronic Dance Music (EDM) night where students can showcase their talent.” VC, Prof. (Dr.) Raman Kumar Jha; Director, Prof. (Dr.) Ajit Kumar Pandey and Registrar, Prabhakar Tripathi, conveyed their blessings on this occasion.

 

2nd stall in 5th phase under One Station One Product

 

The second temporary stall of the fifth phase of the One Station One Product scheme was inaugurated at Ranchi station of Ranchi Railway Division here on Thursday. A 15-day temporary stall has been set up by Naveen Utkarsh, Singh More, Hatia (Ranchi) for the exhibition cum sale of various products like Handicraft Art - Hand Woven Bags, Bamboo Products and Woven Artifacts and Organic Products like Pickles. The stall was inaugurated by the lady traveler Rashmi Devi in the presence of the office bearers of the division and the representatives of Naveen Utkarsh Singh More, Hatia (Ranchi). The stall will be operated and the product information to the passengers will be given by the craftsman Puja Toppo.

 

Aditi to represent India in Intl Debate Competition

 

Adding another feather of success in the cap of glorious achievements of her Alma mater, Aditi Shreya of DPS Ranchi (Batch 2021) made her school and nation proud as she is going to represent India in Nelson Mandela International Debate Competition which will be held in Geneva, Switzerland. She has qualified three rounds of debate in India and has been selected in one of the 16 teams across the globe. Currently, she is a student of National Law Institute University, Bhopal. Elated with her performance, she said, “I would give the credit for this success to the teachers of DPS Ranchi and the Principal”. Principal Dr. Ram Singh, congratulated Aditi on her phenomenal success.

 

International Olympic Day at PAS Bokaro

 

The Pentecostal Assembly School observed International Olympic Day on 23rd June 2022 by organising a Special Assembly which was hosted by Students of XII. The Assembly started with an Olympic March which was led by the Principal. A welcome Address by Aditya Raj and the informative Video presentation added energy to the celebration. Amidst thunderous cheer, Students impersonated the Indian Olympic medalists. The informative Quiz conducted by Aditya Marandi motivated the audience to learn more about the Olympics. Everyone in the Assembly Hall appreciated the Self- Composed poem by Ayush Kumar. Principal Dr.Karuna Prasad acknowledged the compeerer Saloni Singh and Priyanshu Raj for efficiently conducting the Assembly.  She congratulated the students for their phenomenal efforts and energised them to dream big and work towards accomplishing it.
