There were continuous complaints from nursing colleges for a long time. Thereafter the cases were investigated. Strict action has been taken on more than 200 nursing colleges after the allegations were found to be true in the investigation.
Minister Sarang said that no fraud will be allowed in the field of education. Fake nursing colleges will not be allowed to operate. Regarding the future of the students, the minister said “if the colleges were genuine, where are the teachers and where are the students. There will be no harm to the students. There are brokers active in the fake nursing college network. There were constant complaints about the brokers doing misappropriation in admission. Admissions are given in one college and studies are conducted in another college. Similarly fees are being deposited in the name of some other college. Most nursing colleges have neither labs nor expert teachers.
