As per the instructions of Railway Board, Swachhta Pakhwada is being celebrated from 16 September to 02 October in East Central Railway under the Swachh Rail Swachh Bharat Mission. In this sequence, a seminar on environmental issues was organized on 22.09.2022 in the presence of Additional General Manager Tarun Prakash in the auditorium of Headquarters, Hajipur on Thursday. In this seminar, the Director of the Central Petrochemicals Engineering and Technical Institute, MK Mandal and Scientific Advisor to the Bihar State Pollution Control Board, S N Jaiswal was invited. A presentation was given by the Board on proper disposal of plastic and environmental related issues were highlighted by SN Jaiswal.
