The State Government on Friday appointed Sanjay Kumar Singh as the new Principal Secretary, Information & Public Relations Department.
As per a notification issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department, Singh is also allowed to remain in additional charge of Vice-Chairman, Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) and CMD, Bhubaneswar Smart City Ltd.
Yamini Sarangi was appointed as Officer on Special Duty, General Administration & Public Grievance Department. At present, she is the MD, Odisha State Medical Corporation, with additional charge of Commissioner, Food Safety. The post of OSD is declared equivalent to that of Additional Secretary provided in the IAS Cadre of the State.
